Welcome to our modern, luxury mid-century rustic Aframe cabin! Located on a quiet road, this amazing space serves as a woodland retreat for your family to relax and recharge after adventure filled days hiking, biking, paddling, fishing and skiing amongst the High Peaks of the Adirondacks.
Welcome
Our new home features custom wood work, all new furnishings, and modern comforts. The neighborhood includes private X-Country skiing/hiking trails, open space with a lake, and Ausable River access. A grocery store and many great dining options are within a 10 min drive.

KITCHEN
All new appliances, quartz countertop, full sized refrigerator, 5-burner gas range and oven, quiet dishwasher, cookware, dishware, serving ware, coffee and tea station, spices, oils, and vinegars, rice cooker, blender, toaster, microwave, Brita water filter.
LIVING AREA
50“ smart LED television, European gas-powered woodstove, comfortable Article loveseats, mid-century modern swivel chair, Bluetooth speaker, leather ottoman, throw pillows and blanket.
BATHROOMS
Tub and single vanity downstairs, glass surround shower and double vanity upstairs, hairdryer in both bathrooms, magnifying makeup mirror, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap provided, toilet paper.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Sunrise deck facing east, large main deck, smokeless Breeo fire pit, firewood, fire starters, lighter, fire tools, six Adirondack chairs around fire area, six modern acacia wood deck chairs and tables on decks, outdoor dining table, propane powered BBQ and tools, cornhole, oversized Jenga.
DINING
Modern oval dining table (seats 6), board and card games, place mats.
BALCONY
Reading nook, reading chairs and ottomans, small library, best view in the home.
LAUNDRY/LOCKER ROOM
Washer and dryer, drying rack, hanging space and hangers, small supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets provided, wool dryer balls, four large locker cubbies for storage - includes hooks and baskets, ski and snowboard rack.
BEDROOMS
Queen size bed in every room, soft and firmer pillows provided, hotel quality sheets, throw blanket, bedside tables, luggage rack, dresser, hanging space and hangers.
OTHER AMENITIES
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and blankets, first aid kit, high speed internet, A/C and heat, dedicated workspace, self check-in, iron and ironing board, basic cleaning supplies and vacuum.
THE ADIRONDACKS
If you enjoy the outside, the High Peaks area of the Adirondacks is one giant playground! From hiking, biking, fishing, paddling, skiing (x-country and downhill), snowshoeing, or simply experiencing the fresh air and splendid views, the Adirondacks has something for everyone. And when you’re done with your outdoor adventure, there’s great food and beer to be found, too. Beyond the outdoors, Lake Placid offers fine dining, lively bars, a vibrant downtown, and an Olympic Legacy that only a few towns of the world can boast of. Wilmington, Keene, and Keene Valley also offer an array of amenities, dining opportunities, and cute stores to explore.
